Enquête participative
Participatory surveys are dialogue programs by Edgelands Institute that capture individuals' perceptions and thoughts on security, specifically focusing on the intersection of security and digital technologies. The primary objective of this dialogue program is to initiate a broader conversation and facilitate community-based participatory research. The project that took place in Geneva integrates the principles of social seismography and state-of-the-art wiki-surveys, fostering a collaborative environment where participants actively contribute to co-creating the survey questions. Furthermore, in the city of Medellín, the project utilizes multiple-choice questions to streamline data collection. This approach facilitates efficient and comprehensive gathering of data, allowing for a thorough analysis of the information collected. In collaboration with partners, the program employs online surveys that provide initial insights and inform the choice of further analysis techniques for the next research phases.
